The gateway to Unionezero begins at the new station’s square, designed by renowned architect Renzo Piano, and features two office centers designed by the international studio ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel.
The mid-rise building, developed over 10 floors, stands in the immediate vicinity of the Intesa Sanpaolo mono-tenant tower.
Outdoor communcal spaces, a large loggia, green terraces and multiple entrances allow for the accommodation of different tenants in a private, but also vibrant environment.
The mid-rise building embodies the highest standards of environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. Every design solution incorporates innovative materials that reinforce circular economy principles and promote a seamless dialogue between public and private spaces.
The design draws inspiration from a flexible organizational model, where spaces unfold in a harmonious balance of workstations, green areas — both indoor and outdoor — and zones dedicated to physical and mental well-being.
Green terraces and hanging gardens, created to nourish the soul and the environment.
Spaces where nature embraces architecture, promoting the well-being of those who live in them and enhancing the building’s efficiency, like a breath that renews energy and life.
