The Unionezero urban regeneration project rises near the new City of Health and Research and aims to connect the former Falck Steelworks with the total area of the Municipality of Sesto San Giovanni and the city of Milan.

University of Milano-Bicocca

HangarBicocca

Opened in 2004 in a former industrial plant, Hangar Bicocca is a contemporary art cultural space. It usually hosts international exhibitions and art events, especially dedicated to installations, sculptures, and site-specific projects.

Centro Sarca

Serving as shopping reference point of Milan, it houses a wide range of stores, restaurants and services, with parking areas and entertainment offerings.

Villa Torretta

Charming 18th-century historic villa, now converted into a hotel and conference center. Its elegant classical architecture with modern amenities, make it an ideal venue for events and ceremonies.

Galleria Campari

Opened in 2010 on the occasion of the company’s 150th anniversary, Galleria Campari is a culture dedicated space which hosts exhibitions related to the world of design and contemporary art with a focus on innovation and the brand’s history.

Sesto 1° Maggio Metro

The subway provides an easy connection to Milan’s city centre, reachable in just a few minutes.

New Sesto San Giovanni Station

Adjacent to the Unionezero urban regeneration project, the new station designed by the architect Renzo Piano provides maximum accessibility and  a quick connection to the rest of the city. It is part of the public urbanization works of the Unionezero lot that are financed by Milanosesto.

Falck Village

A residential complex built between the 1950s and 1960s for the employees of the former Falck steelworks. Nowadays it represents a modern residential complex with green spaces and services for the residents which live in a historic context.
